The short nights, interrupted sleep, small eyes and skin that makes the head, it knows me. Inevitably, when we juggle between several lives (for me the studies, the blog, and personal life, but for some of you may be the work and life of the mother), we let ourselves be overwhelmed by things quickly to do and the quality of our rest suffers.In my usual hyperactivity, also adds a stinker mite allergy, which often wake up in the middle of the night - in short, not always an ideal situation to let my body regenerate properly.

For all active women who do not always sleep soundly, Vichy has concocted a special night cream, Idéalia Skin Sleep, which simulates the deep sleep of the visible effects of skin - this critical period between midnight and 1am morning, during which it reached its peak regeneration. With its advanced active (LHA to smooth, glycyrrhizic acid to soothe, plump for hyaluronic acid, caffeine to stimulate microcirculation, vitamin B3 to reinforce the barrier function and soothe redness, vegetable oils for pampering relax ...), it mimics the actions normally made by cells of the skin when sleeping enough: despite the lack of sleep, she can stand up with a smooth and gentle face, a fresh and bright complexion, and more bounced epidermis. What remain naturally radiant!
For the anecdote, the effects were tested on a panel of small sleepers and women whose activities engendered a lack of sleep: flight attendants, night nurses, young mothers ... The short and medium term positive results ( more moisturized, softer, more toned, brighter ...) are only credible, I think!
I had the chance to discover this cream premiere, and I immediately fell in love with its texture, an "in-gel-balm" both refreshing and comforting. The application is a real pleasure: just take a small amount of product, and follow the few steps of relaxing massage that is entered in the box. The slides then cream melts into the skin leaving a non-greasy feel but already very plumpy while imbuing it with a light floral scent.
